Our customers gave us a grade…

Last summer, we set out to gather feedback from our customers by leaving response postcards behind at every job. 114 postcards later, we couldn’t be happier with the response. 

Our customers, overall, have given us a “GPA” of 3.84 out of 4.0 (an A-).  While we may never be perfect, we strive for that A+ every time. We’re listening carefully to our customers’ needs and experiences and making sure every customer has the best experience possible.

Room to Grow

When we began this experiment, we noticed several postcards coming in requesting better communication. Our customers needed to know further in advance when the work would be done. Since then, we started calling our customers at least one to two days ahead of time so they’d know when we’d be on their property doing the work. This is just one of the many changes we have made in response to our customers’ feedback. Keep it coming!
