About Our Company

Yes, we are insured for up to $4,000,000. Click here to view our current Liability Insurance certificate. Our crew is also protected by Worker’s Compensation Insurance, which in turn, also protects our clients.

When hiring an arborist, be sure they carry BOTH Liability AND Worker’s Compensation insurance, the latter of which protects you as a homeowner. Oftentimes, Worker’s Compensation insurance can substantially increase the cost a service provider chargers. If you are comparing bids from multiple companies and some of the prices seem very low, this can often be an indicator that the provider is not carrying adequate insurance.

Arbor Aesthetics is both certified and licensed!

A Certified Arborist is an individual who is trained in the art and science of planting, caring for, and maintaining individual trees. They have achieved a level of knowledge in the art and science of tree care through experience and by passing a comprehensive examination developed by some of the nation’s leading experts on tree care. Read more about why you should always hire a Certified Arborist.

Licensed Arborist may or may not have such experience or training, but holds a city-issued license to perform tree work in your city or municipality and carries the necessary liability insurance to do so.

TCIA Accreditation is a program that credentials companies which meet stringent criteria for professionalism, employee training, state and federal safety regulations, business ethics and customer satisfaction. Under the process, businesses undergo an extensive review and a comprehensive audit of professional and business practices aimed at safeguarding consumers.

Accreditation is the only business practices and compliance program for tree care companies in America. Companies accredited by TCIA are required to provide documented proof in many areas that protect consumers. When you hire an accredited tree care company, you can rest assured that TCIA has checked for proper insurance, applicable business and pesticide licenses, and customer service that is reliable and ethical.

When it comes to tree work, sometimes damage to your lawn is inevitable, but our goal is to make it look like we were never on your property and we take extra steps to ensure we leave a minimal footprint. When limbs are hanging over your home, for example, we use roping systems to divert limbs away from falling on the roof. We use the same technique for dropping large limbs to the ground to minimize divots in your lawn.

When special equipment needs to be driven onto your lawn, we also use mats and plyboard underneath to minimize turf damage.

You can trust us with your home and your landscape. In the unlikely event that we do cause damage, we’ll always take care of you.

Yes, we do! Tree services can sometimes be an unexpected financial burden, but we don’t want that to stop you from receiving the quality tree services you deserve. 6-month, no-interest payment plans are available for your convenience.

Customers must create a free account at ChipDrop.com. We cannot guarantee that our company will deliver your chips – but it’s quite possible. Using ChipDrop will ensure the most timely delivery possible of chips to your home.

About Tree Care

Not at all! In fact, winter is a great time to trim your trees! Click here to read more.

Winter is the best time to remove trees, too! When the ground is frozen, we can minimize damage to your turf. Generally speaking, our rates are lower in the winter, as well.

The short answer is “yes!” Click here to read more.

Absolutely! Trees and shrubs require water year-round. It’s a good idea to water them during dry spells on warmer weather days. Click here to learn more about watering in the winter.

This is an antiquated practice that can interfere with a tree’s natural ability to seal over its wounds. Trees do not heal their cuts – they use compartmentalization to seal over them and prevent the spread of decay and disease from the rest of the tree. Let your tree do its thing. It knows just what to do!
